IVRCL Infrastructures and Projects has tied up debt component worth Rs 1,142
crore for the four-laning of Indore-Jhabua (Madhya Pradesh) road project. Axis
Bank is the lead banker for this project, as told to ProjectsToday.
The NHAI had awarded the project in January 2010, worth Rs 1,522 crore and
spanning 155.15 km on NH-59. The equity portion of the project is Rs 380 crore.
The project is proposed to be implemented through IVRCL Indore Gujarat Tollways,
a SPV floated for the project..
The scope of work included design, engineering, construction, development,
finance and operation of the road stretch between Indore and Jhabua on DBFOT
basis.
