Accor has announced the signing of two new properties in Indore - Novotel Indore Super Corridor and ibis Styles Indore Super Corridor, in collaboration with Pitraparvat Developers.

Scheduled to open in 2029, this dual-branded hotel development will add a total of 310 guest rooms to one of Central India’s fastest-growing commercial zones. The Novotel property will feature 170 guest rooms, while ibis Styles will offer 140 rooms, catering to the city’s growing demand for quality accommodations across business, (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) MICE , and leisure segments.

Located near the city’s thriving Super Corridor, a commercial and IT hub, the development reflects Accor’s continued strategic focus on expanding in key urban centres across India.

The hotels will offer an array of amenities including multiple dining venues, a swimming pool, fitness centre, and flexible event and banquet spaces.
