Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of two Dolce by Wyndham properties in Goa and Udaipur, marking the brand's entry into India and expanding Wyndham's presence in the upscale leisure sector.
Developed by Fine Acers Group, led by Dinesh Yadav, the Dolce by Wyndham Resort Goa and Dolce by Wyndham Resort Udaipur are expected to open in 2030. The luxury resort in Goa will offer around 200 rooms and suites, with amenities including restaurants, event spaces, a wellness spa, and swimming pools. The Udaipur property will feature 250 rooms, a lobby lounge, all-day dining, meeting spaces, a health club, spa, and outdoor pool. This development continues Wyndham's expansion in Udaipur, where it already has five hotels.
“Goa and Udaipur are iconic destinations with enduring appeal, deep cultural resonance and a growing preference for experience-led stays. Dolce is perfect as it is a brand that embraces its destination, brings people together through thoughtful design, culinary depth and spaces created for meaningful gatherings — making it a natural fit as we continue to build Wyndham’s upscale presence in India,” said Rahool Macarius, Market Managing Director Eurasia, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
