The Fern Hotels & Resorts has signed The Fern Residency Thekkady, Series by Marriott, located in Kerala’s Idukki district, further strengthening its footprint in South India.

With this addition, the Group’s total number of operational and upcoming properties in the region has reached 14. The upcoming hotel, scheduled to open in the second half of 2026, will feature 50 well-designed rooms and suites that blend contemporary style with comfort for both leisure and business travellers. The property will include an all-day dining restaurant, a conference room, and two banquet halls, catering to corporate meetings, destination events, and social functions. Strategically located, the hotel aims to attract travellers seeking nature-driven and culturally immersive experiences while reinforcing the Group’s focus on responsible and experience-led hospitality.
