Adani Realty is set to launch its most ambitious luxury residential project in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra Reclamation area, marking a major step into the ultra-premium housing segment.
The 20-acre, sea-facing land, along the Bandra-Worli Sea Link approach road, facing the Mahim Bay, and owned by Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC), was secured last year. The project is currently in the design phase, with the first phase of construction (across five acres) to begin post-approvals. Homes in the project are expected to be priced at Rs one lakh per sq. ft.
The project will include large-format apartments of 5,000 sq. ft. and ultra-luxurious duplexes and penthouses up to 12,000 sq. ft., all with expansive sea views. Plans also feature a branded clubhouse, premium retail space, and facilities like a golf simulator, spa, salon, and infinity pool, with international architects on board.
The firm also acquired a Rs 170 crore plot in Carmichael Road and won the Rs 36,000 crore Motilal Nagar redevelopment bid. The Group is also developing the massive 1,000-acre Navi Mumbai township near the new airport.
