Agami Realty, a reputed developer with over 50 years of legacy in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), has entered Mumbai’s luxury residential segment with two landmark redevelopment projects in Bandra, collectively valued at Rs 950 crore.

The company, known for boutique developments combining sustainability, design excellence, and technology, has received strong initial market response. Its first completed premium project, Agami Eternity in Bandra East, designed by renowned architect Reza Kabul, has achieved full sales and will deliver homes in September 2025, nearly 19 months ahead of the RERA deadline. The development also features curated artworks and a signature installation by sculptor Arzan Khambatta, reflecting Kalanagar’s cultural ethos.

Agami’s second project, a joint redevelopment linked to the iconic MIG Cricket Club, will offer ultra-luxury residences with uninterrupted views of the cricket ground. Both projects are fully financed by leading banks. Having earlier delivered over one million sq. ft. in Boisar, the Bandra projects cement its premium positioning.
