Adani Realty, the real estate arm of the Adani Group, is set to initiaite its plans for developing six to eight million sq. ft. of residential, commercial, and retail spaces in Mumbai. This includes a 25,000-seat convention centre near the upcoming Navi Mumbai airport, slated to rival Mukesh Ambani’s Jio World convention centre in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC).
The convention centre, along with the surrounding developments, will feature hospitality, corporate spaces, and retail areas, spanning approx. 3-3.5 million sq. ft. It is strategically located near the Navi Mumbai airport, offering good connectivity. Earlier this year, Adani Realty secured a 24-acre reclamation redevelopment project near the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, and plans a mixed-use development with 4.5 million sq. ft. of space. About 3.5 million sq. ft. will be residential, with the remainder for commercial purposes. This project aligns with the tender and the Development Control and Promotion Regulation 2034.
Additionally, Adani Realty is working on the ACC campus redevelopment in Thane, where six residential towers are planned on 18 acres, following the cement company's R&D unit. It is present across residential, commercial, and retail projects in cities such as Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Gurugram, Pune, and Odisha.
Since its establishment 12 years ago, Adani Realty has developed 24 million sq. ft. of space and has another 61 million sq. ft. under development, rapidly growing its real estate portfolio.
