Advait Energy Transitions has bagged a Rs 99.99 crore order from Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company (DGVCL) under the Kishan Suryodaya Yojana.
The contract includes the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11 KV 55mm² AAAC Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) along with necessary accessories. This project will be carried out in specific areas under DGVCL’s jurisdiction on a turnkey basis and is expected to be completed within 18 months. The focus is on modernising and strengthening medium-voltage distribution networks to improve operational efficiency, safety, and reliability. Covered conductor technology, known for reducing power losses and minimizing outages, will play a key role, particularly in rural and high-load regions.
