Advent Hotels International, a Mumbai-based hotel asset management firm, has its focus on expanding its footprint in India’s luxury and upper upscale hotel segments.

The company has partnerships with global hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt. The demerger of Valor Estate’s hotel business in April, aimed to unlock growth potential for Advent by separating hotel operations from real estate. Currently operating two hotels in Mumbai and Goa, Advent has a pipeline of new projects, including Marriott Marquis and St Regis in New Delhi, with plans for further expansion across major metro markets.

The company’s upcoming projects, including a joint venture in Delhi’s Aerocity, are set to form India’s largest mixed-use hospitality development. Advent also explores strategic partnerships, including with Accor Hotels, and remains open to acquisitions and global expansion.
