Alpha G:Corp Development (Alpha G:Corp) has announced plans to undertake two residential projects in NCR.

The company plans to build a premium housing project in Sector-15 of Gurgaon and an affordable housing project in Sector-84, close to the Dwarka Expressway. The residential projects will come up with an estimated outlay of Rs 525 crore.

The Sector-84 project will be Alpha G:Corp’s first venture in the affordable housing segment.

The company’s flagship project, GurgaonOne 22, located in Sector-22, is a premium housing project. It is executing a similar project, GurgaonOne 84, in Sector-84, on the Dwarka Expressway, apart from other township projects in Meerut, Karnal, Chandigarh, Ludhiana and Amritsar.

Besides residential projects, the company also has retail developments in Amritsar and Ahmedabad, under the ‘AlphaOn’ brand.

Alpha G:Corp is also looking to foray into the development of serviced-apartment markets in Tier-II and Tier-III cities.
