Amar Builders is setting up two IT
parks in Pune, Maharashtra. It is developing an IT park 'Amar Paradigm' at Baner
Road, Pune. The park would spread over 1,00,000 square feet of land, comprises
buildings of 3 basement+G+6 floors. M B Chaudhary Associates, Pune is the
architect and S J Construction is the contractor. Work on the project is
underway and scheduled for completion by July 2008.
Speaking to ProjectsToday, company
officials informed that company is also setting up an IT park - Amar Megaplex -
on 60,000 sq.ft. of land in Pune. Work on the project is underway and scheduled
for completion by September 2008.
