CapitaLand Group has announced a Rs 450 crore investment to develop a one million sq. ft. IT park in Hyderabad. The project aims to cater to the growing demand for premium office spaces from global capability centres (GCCs) and blue-chip companies.
The announcement was made during a high-level meeting in Singapore, attended by Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, IT Minister D Sridhar Babu, state officials, and CapitaLand executives, including CEO & ED of CapitaLand India Trust Management, Gauri Shankar Nagabhushanam. The Chief Minister lauded the investment, calling it a milestone for Hyderabad’s business ecosystem.
The Singapore-based real estate investment and development company operates three major business parks in the city - International Tech Park Hyderabad (ITPH), aVance Hyderabad, and CyberPearl, and the upcoming IT park adds to this portfolio, reinforcing the company’s commitment to Hyderabad’s development. Additionally,
CapitaLand’s 25 MW IT load data centre in Hyderabad is on track to be operational by mid-2025. The second phase of redevelopment at ITPH is also set to begin this year, with completion expected by 2028.
