Arihant Foundations & Housing has acquired two prime land parcels in Chennai's Central Business District (CBD), with a total gross development value (GDV) of Rs 500 crore.

The first project, near Boat Club, will be a premium office development targeting high-end corporate tenants. The second, in Kilpauk, will feature luxury residential apartments with contemporary design and world-class amenities. These acquisitions align with Arihant’s strategy to expand its presence in the city’s premium real estate segment, combining design excellence with exceptional connectivity.
