Arisinfra Solutions, through its subsidiary ArisUnitern RE Solutions, in partnership with Merusri Developers, is set to launch Merusri Sunscape, an exclusive luxury villa community on Bengaluru’s IVC Road.

Spread across 5.5 acres, the boutique project aims to redefine premium living in one of the city’s rapidly developing corridors. With a total development area of 275,000 sq. ft. and a saleable area of 235,000 sq. ft., the project has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of over Rs 250 crore.

The development features 76 villas, of which 52 units are being launched in Phase 1. Available in three- and four- BHK formats, villa sizes range from 2,410 sq. ft. to 3,850 sq. ft., while the remaining 24 villas will be released later. The launch will commence with a channel partner event on August 27–28, engaging over 500 partners, followed by the official public unveiling on August 30.

The project is RERA-compliant, financially secured, and will be completed within 30–36 months. Arisinfra will oversee execution, operations, sales, CRM, collections, and handovers.
