Gaurs Group has announced a Rs 1,400 crore investment to develop a premium housing project in Gautam Buddh Nagar’s Yamuna Expressway region, further strengthening its presence in Delhi-NCR.

The company has acquired a 12-acre land parcel in Sector 22-D for the project, which will feature a modern residential complex. Highlighting the region’s rising prospects, CMD Manoj Gaur stated, "With the imminent operationalisation of the airport, this region is set for exponential growth. Yamuna Expressway is the city of the future, and we are proud to be shaping it." Known for large-scale township projects, Gaurs Group has already developed a 150-acre township on the Yamuna Expressway.

According to Director Sarthak Gaur, the company is actively exploring additional land parcels in the area to expand its portfolio. The investment aligns with growing infrastructure-led development in the corridor, driven by the upcoming international airport, positioning Gaurs Group as a key contributor to the region’s evolving residential landscape.
