Arisinfra has made significant strides in both its materials and services businesses in Q2/ FY26.

In the materials segment, monthly demand grew steadily, with contract manufacturing increasing to 44 percent from 41 percent YoY. The services side saw notable milestones, including the Rs 250 crore Merusri Sunscape project in Bengaluru and the Rs 200 crore Arsh Greens villa project. The company also expanded its full-stack real estate engagements, unlocking over Rs 12,000 crore in value through partnerships with Transcon Group and Amogaya Projects. Execution progress included record sales at Bodhii Tree Villa Plots and the successful completion of the Ayana95 project, which won a GRI Award.

Arisinfra's integrated order book now stands at Rs 850 crore, covering 2.5 million sq. ft. of development with a GDV of Rs 1,400 crore. The company remains focused on enhancing operational efficiency and scaling its supply–services–tech model for continued growth.
