Atmosphere Core, in partnership with Pratyaksh Estates has announced the development of a luxury boutique resort named Pratyaksh in Chandragiri, often called the 'mini Tibet of Odisha'.

Scheduled to open in Q4/2027, the resort will be nestled in the scenic valleys of the Eastern Ghats, easily accessible from Bhubaneswar and Visakhapatnam. Culinary experiences will highlight Indian and Tibetan flavors, with multiple dining options, a bakery, lounge, and themed bar.

The property aims to promote the region’s rich cultural heritage, especially its proximity to the Jirang Buddhist monastery. Pratyaksh will feature 90 key attractions including cottages, suites, luxury tents, and villas, offering panoramic views of the Eastern Ghats and lush surroundings.  

Designed for both leisure and corporate guests, the resort will offer versatile event spaces suitable for meetings, weddings, and social gatherings. Atmosphere Core’s founder Salil Panigrahi emphasized this project as part of their vision to expand premium tourism experiences in India’s hill stations.
