Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of two new properties under its Keys brand—Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels in Varanasi and Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Rewa.

The property in Varanasi, signed under a franchise agreement, will feature 153 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet halls, a conference room, spa, swimming pool, and fitness centre. Located around 31 km from Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport and 12 km from Varanasi Junction, the hotel is well connected by road and will cater to both leisure and business travellers.

The Rewa property, signed under a license agreement, will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. It will offer 50 rooms, two restaurants, a banquet hall, and a swimming pool. Located 19 km from Rewa Airport and 13 km from the city’s railway station, it too benefits from good road connectivity. These additions will strengthen Lemon Tree's presence in Tier-II cities.
