Real estate developer Avighna Group is set to expand its residential portfolio with plans to develop two ultra-luxury residential towers in Worli, Mumbai at an initial outlay of Rs 1,000 crore.
The plan comprises building a 17-storey tower and a 35-storey tower, with a saleable area of around 2,00,000 sq. ft. The 17-storey building will comprise luxury residences, while the 35-storey tower will have residential as well as retail units.
Luxury homes in both projects will be offered in configurations of three, four and five-bedrooms, along with the best-in-class amenities. These are also being planned to carry forward the company's benchmark sustainability initiatives, in terms of energy-efficient construction and maintenance to resource conservation. The architectural and design elements for both projects have been finalized, and will utilise globally-sourced materials.
The Mumbai-based developer will be funding the projects through internal accruals. The group has recently completed the 19-storey Grade-A office building Avighna House, a commercial project at Worli Naka. Worli, is a prime location which exemplifies sustainable urban renewal, and further, the upcoming coastal road and the Metro services add to the existing infrastructure.
The group has a diverse portfolio of luxury residential, commercial, retail and mixed-use developments, and is known for completing landmark projects in Mumbai over the past 21 years.
