Ayana Renewable Power, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ONGC NTPC Green—a 50:50 joint venture between NTPC Green Energy and ONGC Green, has secured a win in the REMC tender for round-the-clock (RTC) renewable energy supply.
The tender focused on the “Selection of Project Developers for Supply of 1000 MW of Round-the-Clock (RTC) Power from Grid-Connected Renewable Energy (RE) Power Projects with or without Storage”. Through a competitive e-reverse auction, Ayana emerged as a successful bidder, winning a 140 MW capacity at a tariff of Rs 4.35/kWh. The auction, concluded on 21 November 2025, reinforces Ayana’s growing role in India’s renewable energy landscape.
The project aligns with national goals for reliable, grid-connected green power, ensuring continuous supply through advanced renewable integration. This win further strengthens the company's portfolio and supports ONGC and NTPC’s broader clean energy ambitions.
