Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) has invited bids for comprehensive piping and related works at the NALCO Damanjodi Unit 6 project, part of the 5th stream alumina refinery expansion.

The scope includes power cycle piping, low-pressure (LP) piping, and critical piping works essential for steam generation. It covers enabling works such as pile and pile caps, civil works including foundation construction, and structural steel fabrication and erection. Electrical and instrumentation (C&I) works are also part of the package.  with LP piping, and steam turbine generator sets along with auxiliary systems. 

BHEL’s invitation for bids marks a significant step towards advancing this critical expansion project, reinforcing its commitment to timely and efficient execution in collaboration with NALCO. 

The bid submission due date is 20 September, 2025.
