Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation (BMRCL) has invited bids for the construction of double-decker structures as part of its Phase 3 expansion.
The construction work will be along a 5.408 km stretch, from Ch. 6.326 km to Ch. 11.734 km. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 1,396.1 crore, with a completion timeline of 48 months. It includes the development of four double-decker mMtro stations at Hoskerehalli, Dwaraka Nagar, Mysore Road, and Nagarbhavi Circle, aiming to enhance the city’s metro network, offering more capacity and efficiency in the rapidly growing urban landscape.
The bid submission deadline is set for 25 February, 2026.
