Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) has invited bids for works pertaining to the installation of a multi-product pipeline between its Mahul Refinery in Mumbai and Rasayani in the Raigad district of Maharashtra.
The scope of work includes topographical and geotechnical surveys, design and detailed engineering, procurement and supply (excluding free issue 3LPE coated pipes), pipeline installation via HDD method, testing and preservation, installation of CS conduit with HDD and ARO coating, open-cut hook-up of adjacent HDDs, pre-commissioning, commissioning assistance, TCP works, and all related activities.
The Mahul Rasayani pipeline project project aims to debottleneck the existing infrastructure and expand its capacity to add value-added products, including lube/base oil and de-aromatized solvents (DAS). This expansion is part of BPCL's ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency and increase product output.
The closing date for bid submission is 01 December, 2025.
