Bangalore Development Corporation has floated tenders for housing project at Sy. No-19, 20 of Konadasapura village in Bidarahalli Hobli in East Taluka of Bangalore on turnkey basis.

The scope of work includes construction of 3.5 BHK-84 Nos, 4.5BHK 112 Nos (224 2 BHK convertible to 4.5BHK 112Nos), 5.5BHK 112(2BHK 112 Nos and 3BHK 112 Nos convertible 5.5BHK 112Nos), with recreation center of built up area 2,432.06 sq mtr with all amenities and terrace (head room area of 44.0 sq mtr) , minimum of 800 nos of covered car parking to be provided in basement and stilt and surface car parking 190 nos. The minimum height of each floor shall be as per NBC and demarking of car parking with numbering of car parking with paint. Two lifts are to be provided for each block.

The work also includes providing, installing, commissioning and testing of electrical works, carpentry works, plumbing works and water proofing work.

The estimated cost of the project is Rs 343.85 crore with a completion period of 30 months.
