Noida-based CRC Group has launched a new ultra-luxury residential project, 'CRC The Peridona' in Jaypee Greens, Greater Noida, with a projected revenue potential of Rs 3,200 crore.

The total investment in the project, excluding land costs, will be Rs 1,500 crore, financed through a combination of internal accruals and construction finance. Spanning seven acres, the development will include seven towers of approx. 42 floors each, reaching 160 mtrs. in height. The project features a 3.1 million sq. ft. development potential, of which 2.1 million sq. ft. will be saleable, while the remainder will be allocated to a nature park and golf course.

Kunal Bhalla, Founder and CEO of CRC Group, said, “These ultra-luxury homes will range from over 4,900 sq ft (4 BHK) to expansive duplex apartments of around 10,000 sq ft. Additionally, there will be two exclusive villas, each measuring approximately 15,000 sq ft.” The development will include a one lakh sq. ft. clubhouse, an 18-hole night golf course, and residences offering golf course and park views. CRC has partnered with Killa Design, Rockwell Group, Gensler Architects, SWA Group, and MACE for global design and project management.
