Bengaluru Airport City (BACL) has partnered with Prestige Group to develop an 8,000-seat Convention and Exhibition Centre (CEC).
Designed as a high-impact, multi-format venue, the CEC will cater to global summits, trade expos, cultural festivals, and innovation forums. Accompanying the CEC will be a state-of-the-art performing arts theatre, a luxury hotel, and grade-A office spaces, all integrated into a curated ecosystem of food and beverage options offering global dining experiences.
“This partnership with Prestige Group underscores our commitment to creating world-class social infrastructure that not only supports the region’s economic agenda but also elevates India’s stature in the global Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions landscape,” said Rao Munukutla, Executive Director & CEO of Bengaluru Airport City. He added that the project would drive international collaboration and commercial growth, positioning Bengaluru as a preferred global event destination.
Strategically located within Bengaluru Airport City, the project offers excellent multimodal connectivity through NH-44, SH-104, the upcoming Kempegowda International Airport Metro Station, Suburban Rail, and direct airport access. Supported by integrated infrastructure, existing hotels, retail, and business parks, the development sets a benchmark in sustainable, transit-oriented urban planning.
