The Planning Department, Uttar Pradesh has invited bids for the project management consultancy (PMC) work for the construction of non-residential buildings in an integrated district headquarters at Sambhal.
To be executed on engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) mode, the contract, involves comprehensive services including architecture design, consultancy, construction, and defect liability management. The construction work is scheduled for completion within 18 months, while the defect liability period (DLP) is set for 36 months. The PMC consultant will play a critical role in ensuring the project's timely and efficient execution. The tender emphasises the importance of delivering high-quality buildings that meet the state's long-term needs.
The closing date for submitting bids is 20 January, 2026.
