Planning Department, Uttar Pradesh has invited bids for the architectural and detailed project consultancy services for the construction of the Autonomous State Medical College in Ballia. 

The consultant is expected to provide services spanning activities such as site survey, topographical survey, soil and water testing, and preparation of a comprehensive master plan, covering all aspects from site demarcation to landscaping. The agency will also be responsible for detailed architectural designs, including 3D views, preliminary structural designs, and engineering plans in compliance with NDMA guidelines for earthquake safety. In addition, the work includes the design of MEP systems, HVAC, fire safety, drainage, and waste management systems, as well as IT and security systems.

The closing date for Bid submission is 16 December, 2025.
