Numaligarh Refinery (NRL) has invited bids for balance civil, architectural, electrical, and finishing works for the buildings in the O and U areas of the Numaligarh Refinery Project (NRP). 

This tender is part of the ongoing development at the refinery under the management of project management consultancy (MPMC) at the site in Numaligarh, Assam. The value of the work is approx. Rs. 33.75 crore, and the successful contractor will be responsible for taking over the project in its current state and ensuring its completion, including finalising the superstructure, finishing, and all associated services. This involves a wide range of tasks such as earthwork, grading, landscaping, structural steel installation,  waterproofing, thermal insulationas well as plumbing, sanitary, electrical, and interior finishing works.

The closing date for the submission of bids is 01 December, 2025.
