The Irrigation & Waterways Department of West Bengal has invited bids for the engagement of a consultant to prepare a feasibility study report (FSR) for the Lower Sundarban-Sustainably Harnessing Ocean Resources and Economy (SHORE) Program.

The consultant's responsibilities also includes preparation of a detailed project report (DPR), as well as creating detailed designs and cost estimates for the entire project., and Additionally, the consultant will prepare 30 percent of the bidding documents for the proposed civil works associated with the SHORE Program. The SHORE Program aims to sustainably harness ocean resources and boost the local economy in the Lower Sundarban region of West Bengal, India. This initiative aligns with the state’s efforts to enhance coastal development and resource management in the region.

The last date for submitting bids is 13 February, 2026.
