Bengaluru-based real estate major Brigade Group has signed joint development agreements (JDAs) for two new residential projects—Brigade Citadel 2 and Citadel 3—in Moti Nagar, Hyderabad, the same micromarket where it launched Brigade Citadel in January 2021.

The upcoming developments span 10 acres and will feature 405 luxury residences, with a projected revenue potential of Rs 970 crore. This strategic expansion builds on the success of the first phase and reflects Brigade’s growing focus on Hyderabad as a key South Indian market. “Our aim is to deliver high-quality, premium living experiences... and continue scouting for land parcels aligned with our vision,” said Amar Mysore, Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises.

Targeting modern homebuyers, the projects will offer three-and-four BHK homes in low-rise luxury enclaves, emphasising open space, architectural finesse, and resident wellbeing. Brigade Group currently operates across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, and GIFT City, covering sectors including residential, office, retail, hospitality, and education.
