Brigade Group has launched 'Brigade Cherry Blossom', a premium plotted development in Malur, East Bengaluru, with an estimated revenue potential of over Rs 225 crore.
Spanning 20 acres and 4.51 lakh sq. ft., the project will feature 338 plots in 30x40 ft. and 30x50 ft sizes. Developed through a joint venture, the initiative aligns with Brigade’s vision of building integrated neighbourhoods in emerging growth corridors. Malur’s proximity to the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) and Bengaluru–Chennai Expressway (NE-7), along with its role in the Chennai–Bengaluru Industrial Corridor, makes it a prime investment location. The site is just 1.5 km from major upcoming infrastructure projects and offers connectivity to Whitefield, Sarjapur, and Hoskote.
This follows Brigade’s earlier projects, including a Rs 2,700-crore residential development on Whitefield–Hoskote Road and a Rs 175-crore plotted project in East Bengaluru. The company currently has 12.61 million sq. ft. of residential projects in the pipeline across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
