Bengaluru-based real estate developer Brigade Group has signed an agreement to develop a large residential project on Whitefield-Hoskote Road, Bengaluru. Spanning 20 acres, the project will offer a saleable area of approx. 2.5 million sq. ft., with a land cost of Rs 630 crore.

The project aligns with Brigade’s long-term strategy to expand its residential portfolio and cater to evolving customer preferences. This is part of Brigade’s broader expansion efforts in Bengaluru. In August 2024, the company announced a Rs 750-crore commercial project on Old Airport Road, encompassing 1.4 million sq. ft. of leasable area, expected to generate Rs 100 crore annually in lease income. 

“We remain focused on acquiring prime land in key markets to strengthen our land holdings. This project plays a significant role in supporting our long-term residential expansion strategy. We are committed to developing a property that upholds the highest standards of quality and sustainability, while meeting the evolving needs and preferences of our future residents," Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, Pavitra Shankar said. 

Additionally, in June 2024, Brigade launched Brigade Insignia, a premium residential development in Yelahanka with six towers and a revenue potential of Rs 1,100 crore. Brigade Group currently has a pipeline of residential projects, with approx.12.61 million sq. ft. of developments planned across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
