CP PLUS, a leading security and surveillance brand from Aditya Infotech (AIL), has announced a strategic partnership with L&T Semiconductor Technologies (LTSCT), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro.
As part of this collaboration, CP PLUS will manufacture nine million CCTV IP cameras over the next three years, powered by LTSCT’s indigenously developed Vision System-on-Chip (SoC) technology. These advanced chips support high-resolution imaging up to 8 megapixels and feature robust cryptographic architecture for enhanced cybersecurity.
Entirely designed in India, the SoCs mark a milestone in the nation’s semiconductor innovation and align with the Government's Atmanirbhar Bharat vision. The partnership is poised to reduce reliance on imported chipsets, bolster India’s position in the global security and semiconductor ecosystem, and drive local innovation and employment. This collaboration reflects India’s technological sovereignty and strengthens the domestic electronics sector.
