The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has invited bids for construction of 400 beds hospital (G+7) for ESIC at Sheela Nagar in Andhra Pradesh.
The scope of work includes planning, designing and construction of buildings development works bulk services, horticulture works including internal water supply, sanitary installations, UG sumps, terrace tanks, water treatment plant, rain water harvesting system, bore wells, sewage treatment plant, effluent treatment plant, internal roads, pathways, parking facilities, filtered and unfiltered water supply lines, storm water drains, external sewerage system, furniture and non-medical equipment service, trenches, internal electrical installations fire alarm system, firefighting lifts substation, solar water heating system, etc all complete in EPC mode.
The estimated value of the project is Rs 344.39 crore with completion period of 36 months.
