Cambay Hotels and Resorts, the group company of Neesa Leisure Ltd, has established its presence in Rajasthan and Kerala by launching 5-star hotel/resorts in Jaipur and Kollam respectively.

The Jaipur hotel/resort will be named as 'Cambay Spa & Resort' and in Kollam it will be christened as 'Cambay Palm Lagoon'. With the launch of these two spa resorts, the company will have a capacity of 367 rooms.

Cambay Hotels plans to be a group of 10 hotels and three golf courses by year 2010. For turning this plan into reality, the company will set up a 5-star hotel in Ahmedabad, golf resort and academy at Jaipur, a business hotel at Jodhpur, a spa and resort at Udaipur and a deluxe hotel at Neemrana. The group has earmarked an investment of Rs.350 crore for these five upcoming projects. With the setting up of these projects the company plans to have a room capacity of 1,000 by 2010.
