Captain Pipes, a prominent player in the PVC pipes industry, has begun commercial production at its new manufacturing unit near Ahmedabad in Gujarat, as of 25 May, 2025.
The newly operational facility has an annual production capacity of 20,000 tonne and marks a significant expansion milestone for the company. Managing Director Gopal Khichadia expressed his enthusiasm over the development, emphasising the company's commitment to sustainable growth driven by product innovation, operational efficiency, and customer-centric strategies.
Founded in 2010, Captain Pipes is widely recognised for its high-quality products and an extensive distribution network. The company offers a comprehensive range of PVC piping solutions catering to agriculture and plumbing applications. Its product portfolio includes column pipes, pressure pipes, and Agri fittings for agriculture, as well as uPVC, CPVC, and SWR pipes and fittings for plumbing.
The new facility enhances CPL’s production capabilities and supports its mission to meet the growing demand across India for durable, efficient piping solutions while strengthening its market leadership.
