Ceigall Infra Projects, a subsidiary of Ceigall India has received a letter of award (LoA) from Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation (MPRDC) for the Indore–Ujjain greenfield highway project.

The project will be executed under the hybrid annuity mode (HAM), and involves the construction of a four-lane, access-controlled highway with paved shoulders. Spanning 48.10 km, the highway will start near Pitra Parvat in Indore and end near Ujjain, including the Simhastha bypass section. The contrcat has been awarded at a bid cost of Rs 1,089 crore and is scheduled for completion within 24 months from the date of appointment.

Once completed, the highway is expected to significantly improve connectivity between Indore and Ujjain by enabling safer, faster and more efficient travel. It will help reduce traffic congestion, support regional economic growth, and improve access to important religious and commercial destinations in Madhya Pradesh, strengthening overall transportation infrastructure in the state for future regional development.
