Chandrika Power is setting up a 100 klpd ethanol facility at Fatehli village in Nalanda district, Bihar.
Sharing information on the upcoming project, the company officials informed Projects Today that the execution of the project is progressing as per the schedule and till date around 20 percent of the work has been accomplished.
The project will occupy 16.51 acre of land and will be supported by a 3.5 MW co-generation power plant. The planned two borewells will meet the fresh water need of 400 m3 per day, while the captive power plant will meet the electricity requirement of 3200 KVA.
The new plant will provide direct employment for 100 persons and indirectly to another 25 persons.
