Chatha Foods has made significant strides in its expansion plans with two new plants expected to be operational by January 2026.
This will increase the company’s consolidated food processing capacity from 7,840 MT to over 30,000 MT annually, boosting revenue and profitability by FY 2027. Additionally, the company has broadened its client base to include HoReCa, modern trade, e-Commerce, and general trade sectors. The upcoming Vegetarian Foods Unit, with a capacity of 16,000 MT, will produce frozen flatbreads, vegetarian snacks, gravies, and ready-to-eat rice. The facility is scheduled for completion by 31 January, 2026, with commercial operations beginning in February.
"The successful completion of product development and pilot-scale optimisation will ensure a swift transition to commercial production," the company stated. This expansion is expected to drive significant growth in Chatha Foods’ product offerings and market reach.
