Chintels Group, a real estate developer in Delhi and NCR region, has launched the Chintels Serenity Phase II in Sector 109, Chintels Metropolis on Dwarka Expressway Gurugram, Haryana.

Chintels Serenity Phase II consists of six high-rise towers having a total of 324 apartments. The real estate project consists of three and four bedroom apartments across five categories, in the range of 1,590 sq ft,, 1,955 sq ft, 2,100 sq ft, 2,375 sq ft and 2,925 sq ft, respectively.

The construction of the project has begun in October 2018. The project is expected to be delivered by 31 December 2023.

The residential project will have total saleable area of 4,85,660 sq ft. Of the six towers three towers will have four apartments per floor and the rest three towers will have only two apartments per floor.

The design has been conceptualised by Design Forum India.

Chintels Serenity (Phase I & II) is a 9,49,660 sq ft high-rise complex which consists of 444 apartments spread across 9.75 acre in Gurugram. The Chintels Serenity Phase I has already been completed.

The upcoming projects of the group include Chintels Center in Sector 114, a commercial project which is a mix of high street retail and office space. The project is spread across 6.79 acre of land parcel and will house anchor stores, high street brands and best of gourmet cuisines.

Apart from this, Chintels Techno Park, an IT office complex, is another future project of the group.
