Country Club India (CCIL) is likely to invest around Rs 100 crore in its
latest venture - Country Club Grand Fractional Ownership Club (CCGFOC) during
the current fiscal.
Under CCGFOC, the company plans to invest in four properties at Bandipur,
Tumkur in Karnataka, Medchal in Andhra Pradesh, and Kolad in Maharashtra. The
newly launched venture is likely to be operational by December 2010.
Under this venture, CCIL is likely to offer members fractional ownership of
holiday apartments at diverse locations across the country. It will enable a
member to co-own and use a holiday home by paying a fraction of amount.
Further, CCIL is expected to commence operations of 11 more clubs in tier I
and tier II cities by December 2010.
