Dubai-based real estate firm DAMAC has launched its global capability centre (GCC) in Noida and plans to open a second GCC in Pune.
The newly established centre, DAMAC Shared Services India (DSSI), will occupy 22,622 sq. ft. of office space and is expected to employ over 250 people initially, with plans to expand to 100 employees by 2026. The centres will support key business functions, including finance, operations, digital services, and commercial activities.
DAMAC's founder, Hussain Sajwani, highlighted India’s talent pool and technology capabilities as driving factors behind this move. The company aims to build high-performing teams to support its global ambitions. India is home to nearly 1,700 Global Capability Centres, making it a hub for such operations worldwide.
