Delhi-NCR-based DLF is expected to launch 62 ultra luxury villas in Goa in the second half of the financial year 2024-2025. These would be priced between Rs 40 crore and Rs 50 crore. The luxury villa community project is located on the hill 'Reis Mago', 32 km away from the Goa International Airport in Dabolim.
The Goa project site is located near Candolim beach which is at a distance of four km. Baga Beach and Calangute beach are at a distance of 10 and 12 km respectively. Goa, in particular, has emerged as a prime destination for second homes, with a notable surge in luxury developments. This will be DLF’s first super luxury residential project outside of NCR, and the real estate developer will create a benchmark in the segment. The shift in investment preference is more prominent towards high-value holiday homes set in natural surroundings.
DLF plans to launch nearly 37 million sq. ft. area for sale in the medium term across various cities with revenue potential of Rs 1.04 lakh crore as part of its strategy to tap into the robust demand for luxury homes.
