Metrostay offers cosy bunk beds in well-lit spaces, digital lockers for personal belongings, and a co-working space for professionals. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a games area with indoor games like carrom, a relaxing seating space, and an in-house theatre. Prioritising safety, the facility includes separate dorms and washrooms for women.

The Metro Museum at Patel Chowk Metro Station offers insights into the Delhi Metro's history, including train designs, tunnel boring technology, and control panels.
