1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

Chalet Hotels launches ATHIVA Hotels & Resorts with Rs 1,500-cr capex, debuts in Khandala

Chalet Hotels, part of the K Raheja Corp Group, has launched its new upper-upscale hospitality brand, ATHIVA Hotels & Resorts, debuting across six properties with over 900 keys and a total capital expenditure of around Rs 1,500 crore.

The brand’s first offering, the 147-key Dukes Retreat in Khandala, Maharashtra, launched on 16 October, 2025 features 147 rooms, including 11 elegantly designed suites exemplifying refined luxury. The portfolio includes a renovated business hotel in Navi Mumbai, The Resort at Aksa Beach, and three greenfield projects—two in Goa and one in Thiruvananthapuram, all expected to be operational by 2029. Managing Director and CEO Sanjay Sethi noted that most of the capex has been funded through internal accruals, with the company profitable position showing further headroom for growth.

Chalet plans to double ATHIVA’s capacity from 900 to 1,800 rooms within three years by adding 300–400 keys annually. The focus will remain on Indian Tier I and leisure destinations like Goa, Rajasthan, Trivandrum, and the Himalayas.
