Desco Infratech has received a letter of award (LoA) from Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) in continuation of the company’s previously declared L1 bid on 08 July, 2025.

In addition, Desco Infratech has secured orders from Torrent Gas Chennai and Maharashtra Natural Gas, bringing the total contract value to Rs 9.53 crore. The scope of work includes the laying of a PE Network and associated works for the city gas distribution (CGD) project at Ahmednagar, MDPE pipeline laying, PNG connections, and related work for the CGD project in Chennai, and a service contract for patrolling and surveillance of the gas pipeline network in Pune.

The order win shows Desco Infratech expertise in executing critical infrastructure projects across India’s expanding city gas distribution network. The contracts are part of India’s broader push to expand clean energy infrastructure, promoting safer and more reliable piped natural gas supplies to households and industries in urban areas.
