Bhoruka Park is proceeding ahead with development of a software park 'Bhoruka Tech Park' Phase-II at Whitefield in Bengaluru district of Karnataka.
About 50 lakh sq mtr of land has already been earmarked for Phase-I and Phase-II. The total cost estimated for the project is Rs 1,000 crore. Phase-I with three buildings of G+five floors, double basement and car parking facility for 1,500 cars was built in 2017.
As per the latest information reported to Projects Today, designing work on Phase-II has been initiated. The development offers six buildings of G+seven floors with single basement and car parking facility for 1,800 cars. The tech park also promises a five-star hotel under Phase-II. The actual construction work was expected to commence by September 2019.
Shapoorji Pallonji & Company is associated with the development as civil contractor, Innotech Engineering Consultant is offering its consultancy services. RSP Design Consultants is the architect chosen and Mitsubishi Elevator India is the project supplier.
