Dilip Buildcon has been declared the lowest (L1) bidder by Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam (MPUVNL) for a major solar project under the PM KUSUM-C scheme.
The project involves the establishment of grid-connected Solar PV-based Power Plants with a total capacity of 1,363.55 MW AC, under the Feeder Solarization component. The power generated will be sold to Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company (MPPMCL) for 25 years. Dilip Buildcon will undertake the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) work, valued at approx. Rs 4,900 crore (excluding GST), with an execution timeline of 18 months.
The scope includes the development, design, engineering, supply, construction, testing, commissioning, and operation of the solar plants. The project will operate under a competitive tariff-based power purchase agreement (PPA) with MPPMCL, governed by MNRE guidelines and MPERC regulations.
