Saatvik Green Energy’s material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries has bagged an order worth Rs 486 crore from a renowned Independent Power Producer (IPP) and EPC player for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules.
The order is a significant step for Saatvik Solar in expanding its footprint in the renewable energy sector. The contract stipulates that the modules will be supplied as part of large-scale solar projects. The order is to be executed by December 2026, and this deal further strengthens Saatvik's position in the solar energy market. The company’s continued focus on delivering high-quality solar solutions positions it well to support India's growing renewable energy needs.
The company has also received an order from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co.(MSEDCL) for the design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing, and commissioning of Off-Grid DC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems (SPWPS) at various sites across Maharashtra. The systems, with capacities of 3 HP, 5 HP, and 7.5 HP, will be installed for farmers under the Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana/PM KUSUM B scheme. The order covers 815 solar-powered water pumps, totalling an approx. value of Rs 13.50 crore.
Additionally, the contract includes a five-year warranty, repair and maintenance, and a remote monitoring system for the pumps. This order highlights the company’s contribution to India’s renewable energy sector, supporting agricultural needs with sustainable water pumping solutions.
